Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada & United States: 7–15 business days. Total delivery time: 8-18 business days

International Orders: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout. In many cases, shipping is included in the product price.

Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to holidays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale:

Mouthguards

Custom or personalized items

Clearance or sale items

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
